Overcoming Procrastination and Fear, Learning to Follow your Heart’s Desires

Giving thanks and taking stock of the many, gifts, challenges, and opportunities for growth in 2018. While in Donegal, I spent my time walking, immersing myself in nature, meditating and planning my goals and desires for 2019. I moved to Dublin and as with many people who move to a city,  got caught up in the rat race and lost touch with nature and with myself. In 2010 things came to a head. I experienced a challenging year-long bout of insomnia and was feeling incredibly anxious and exhausted. I knew medication was not a route for me.
